Sales Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead Generator & Closer to join our social media management company.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for generating leads, managing our lead tracker dashboard, and actively engaging with potential clients through various channels such as email, social media, and phone calls.
Your primary goal will be to effectively identify potential clients, nurture these relationships, and ultimately close sales, either independently or by connecting leads to our sales team.
*Responsibilities:* Conduct lead research based on given criteria.
* Efficiently manage and update our lead tracker dashboard.
* Proactively contact leads via email, social media, and phone calls.
* Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and interest.
* Successfully close sales or facilitate the connection of leads to the sales team for closure.
*Requirements:* * Proven experience in sales, with a solid understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with using computers and basic software applications (e.
g.
, MS Office).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
*Compensation:* * Commission only for the first 30 days (15% of any closed sale).
* After 30 days of consistent performance, compensation will be revised to a base pay plus commission model.
