Position Summary You are a creatively skilled and passionate designer/animator with strong technical capabilities to help build our motion graphics pipeline and workflows.
You lead by example and inspire team members to elevate their skillsets put forward the best creative output on a daily basis.

Responsibilities Lead Motion Design team as both a individual to creatively inspire as well as setting best practices for workflows and pipeline.
Create both 2D and 3D original content across multiple business lines and media formats.
Explore emerging technologies to empower the team with new tools and ways of working.
Focusing primarily on advertising and performance marketing, you'll be a hands-on maker helping create the content that drives our growth.
You'll help identify creative opportunities that improve the creative output, and help find unique tactics to leverage creative assets and outputs from other campaigns.
Put repeatable processes in place that help the team plan, manage multiple parallel projects, and run our business.
Act as team player help ensure smooth operations, a friendly and calm workspace for our teams to be inspired; and a studio experience that leaves our clients and partners wanting more.
Basic Qualifications 5+ years of design & motion design experience in a creative setting.
A portfolio of work showcasing a wide range of styles and aesthetics that utilize multiple toolsets to achieve the best creative possible.
Advanced knowledge and experience of Photoshop, After Effects (and traditional plug-ins), C4D (and traditional plug-ins), and additional 3D animation tools.
Strong visual effects skills/knowledge an added bonus.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications Marketing/creative agency experience, in-house experience.
Experience in the Marketing, Retail or eCommerce industry.
Strong desire to look past the task at hand and find additional creative opportunities that others may not identify.
