The sales position offers high commission incentives plus a weekly draw.
We offer paid training.
40 Hours a week plus, company cell phone.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
Must have a personal reliable vehicle for driving.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation - Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery - Provide technical sales support, including product demonstrations and presentations - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in account management or sales role - Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to work independently - Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on findings - Experience in business development and building client relationships As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our client base.
You will utilize your strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service.
Your ability to analyze market trends and identify business growth opportunities will contribute to the success of our organization.
Additionally, your technical sales expertise will be instrumental in promoting our products and services to potential clients.
