In House Google Ads Manager

Our organization specializes in providing treatment for men and women who struggle with drug/alcohol addictions and mental health issues.
We are looking for a Google Ads Manager who can help our company promote our services effectively and efficientily.
An understanding of the space is a bonus.
The goal with this position is to eventually shift a project manager and develop an in-house web development team.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive media plans and campaigns to effectively promote our brand and products - Manage advertising initiatives across various platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and other digital channels - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive results - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing efforts - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and social media management - Utilize Google Tag Manager to track website analytics and conversion data - Assist with e-commerce initiatives and drive online sales through targeted advertising campaigns Experience: - Proven experience in media planning, campaign management, and advertising - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads - Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics for effective campaign tracking and analysis - Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales through targeted advertising strategies Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies Please note that this is a general job description for a House Manager position.
