*The Long of it*: A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN IN-HOME PLUMBING SALES CONSULTANT\*
As an In-Home Plumbing Sales Consultant, your goal is to satisfy the agreed-upon schedule, coordinate the sold jobs with technicians, report to dispatch when in-route and the expected duration of your visit, as well as when you're finished to ensure efficient scheduling.
To maintain a smooth transition from one potential opportunity to the next your relationship with dispatch is essential.
Your strong troubleshooting skills and top-of-the-line video equipment allow you to perform basic jobs and diagnose system problems or product failures.
Once the issue has been detected, you communicate said issues and solutions to the client.
The client understands the full detail of the contracted work needed due to the clarity of your communication.
You are comfortable discussing our Protection Plan with each customer because you care and want to ensure they receive the best service possible.
You also arrange the systems and safety evaluations with clients and the assigned technicians, to maintain good client relationships, you keep the client up to date every step of the way, to avoid any surprises.
While you enjoy selling, you realize it takes hard work to stay up to date on the company's latest product offerings and standards, so you participate in scheduled company meetings.
You also update the Operations Manager about any potential return visits and options regarding system and safety evaluation findings.
At the end of the day, you enjoy working with a team that exceeds company goals and provides ultimate customer satisfaction!
Requirements:
* A valid driver’s license
* Strong customer service focus
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Plumbing experience is not necessary or required
* Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality
* A Working knowledge of common software programs
* Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered
* Ability to work longer days/hours on occasion
* Ability to handle stress due to workload
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $150,000.
