Basic Function:
The Repair Liaison will contribute to our environment of total guest service by providing our guests with friendly, knowledgeable assistance with inspections and repair services.
Primary responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service
* Strong organizational skills
* Inspect jewelry to evaluate the condition and identify necessary repairs
* Polish and clean jewelry
* Complete repair paperwork, enter information into the Job Entry system
* Answer phones, perform guest phone calls (including repair and estimate follow-up) and explain procedures and policies related to repairs
* Monitor repair status in order to communicate between Design and Service Center and guests
Job Requirements:
Required Skills and Abilities include:
· Sales, retail, technical knowledge and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.
* Ability to work within a team environment and independently.
* Professional approach and image.
* Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Willingness to learn, innovate and collaborate
* Ability to perform simple numeric calculations and complete varied administrative tasks including typing, spelling and filing
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable
* Customer Service Experience preferred
* Attention to detail, basic computer skills.
