Current roommate is leaving end of February.
March 1st is move in date unless you need sooner we can adjust and prorate.
Apartment will be unfurnished and I will refurnish it by April.
Current roommate is taking her furniture with her.

Tandem parking - you will have to coordinate parking with 1 other person since it is tandem.
Or you can try finding street parking.

125$/ month utilities per person
Please have a stable Job outside of the home, need to be able to sign an application with fee and provide paystubs and bank statements.
Lease is 1 year from April 19th 2024 to April 19th 2025.
We will all sign that end of March.
