$600 Room for rent for a veteran

I have a room for 1 male only in the city of Van nuys airport area.
It just so happens to be my living room that is for rent and I'm doing something about affordable housing.
It's partial furnished and have plenty of room.
It's only shared with me - not 6 other's.
Rent is 600 a month and a 400 security deposit.
Utilities of gas water and electricity are included for free.
Must have verified full time work outside the residents.
Must be lgbt and cat friendly and be able to stay at least 6 months.
That way i know that I have a serious tentant.
