Your utilities of gas water and electricity are included for free.
Dam, that $500 dollars electric bill in the middle of summer - you can spend that on your gas for your car.

Plus there's an 8 ft swimming pool just 7 feet from the front door.

Must be lgbt and cat friendly and be able to stay at least 6 months, that way I know that you are serious about renting.

Must pass background check and work verification.
That's ALL we landlords are looking for in a prospect new tenant ( stability).
