$600 Large grande room for rent in the valley

I have a very large grande 14 x 14 ft always clean living room for rent.
It's for a single professional outside the building resident male who needs to cut way back on living expenses.

Now that being said - this room is not for everyone.

It's a living room.

It's just that's its a 1 bedroom apt and I have the bedroom and I would have to walk through your room too go outside or to the kitchen too feed my self or my indoor cats.

Must have verified Full time job past 90 current day's - that's 90% of getting into any place.

Must be lgbt and cat friendly and be able to stay at least 6 mths - that way I know that you are serious about renting.
