it's quiet and peaceful and a very friendly neighborhood.
The rental is the back part of the duplex and is a large master bedroom suite with high ceilings and dark hardwood flooring.
High walnut shelving with a 42" TV on top with Direct TV (2nd tier), and Roku TV with Prime and Netflix.
Includes all utilities and high speed internet.
The dressing room is mirrored with a marble counter, dual sinks, and a large walk-in cedar lined closet.
There is another small room with the toilet and a shower stall but no tub.
The private covered patio has a bar, 2 bar stools, a large outdoor refrigerator and a microwave.
There is no formal kitchen, and no access to the rest of the house where I live.
This is more like a private studio.
There's lots of parking on the street.
A new top loading Samsung washer and a dryer is available in the garage right next to the entry door.
To move in I require first month's rent of $1450 plus a security deposit of $1,450.
Payment will be month to month, and as usual 30 days notice to vacate must be given.
I will require a credit check and references.
I am a friendly person who works full time and I live in the rest of the house.
