3 guys and one girl in the house in total right now.
The girl will be moving out on Dec 17th.
So her room will be available by then.
All are young professionals working in tech and retail.

WIFI and trash are completely covered.
Gas is covered up to $150/mo.

Water and sewer is covered up to $125/mo.
(current bill is around $90/mo.
) Electricity is covered up to $300 (current is $231).
Any charge passes these thresholds will be split evenly by all tenants.
Requirement for the new housemate: young professional preferred (right now we go out to hike, watch movies etc together.
so prefer someone similar to us, good credit score(over 700), clean, quiet, and respectful.
