You will have an assigned parking spot.
Our roommate graduated from college so looking to fill their room.
You will share a large bathroom.
Rent is $980 a month (all utilities/ WiFi & Cable included) with a deposit of $980 is required with first months rent.
This is a very calm clean living environment.
We both work full time jobs and like to come home to relax, cook etc.
It’s a very chill environment and we would like to keep it that way.
You will have access to everything including kitchen, living room, patio.
We want you to feel like it’s your home too! We have no problem with guests just as long as they are respectful of the things in the home and the people in it.
