Hello, my name is Reggie and I'm looking to sublease my room to one single male or female with private parking.
The apartment features 2 private bathrooms which are occupied by the current tenants and a shared bathroom.
The apartment is less than 5 minutes away from the 101 and 405 freeways and about 1 minute away from Sherman Oaks and Van Nuys Park on foot.
A total of 2 males currently occupy the additional two private rooms.
Smoking only outside of the apartment, Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am in the morning.
A sublease for my room will be for 1 year and the candidate will be reviewed for credit, proof of income, and references.
This offer for the room is $1,050 per month which (DOES NOT INCLUDE UTILITIES AND INTERNET).
A condition of the lease will be the candidate and the other named individuals on the lease will take ownership and responsibility for the furniture, TV, and kitchen items previously supplied.
This means if and when the candidate moves out, the candidate and the other named individuals on the lease will be responsible for moving out the items mentioned above as well.
Move-in date April 5th.
