Located about 6 blocks South of Roscoe and one block East of Woodman in the SFV.
The kitchen and living room are fully furnished with everything: Stove/Oven, 3 Microwaves, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Comfortable Central A/C & Heat, Balcony, Laminate Hardwood flooring in the Living Room, Dining Room & Hallways, Ceramic tile in Kitchen & Bathrooms and marble counters, warm feeling carpeting in the bedrooms.
Washer & dryer in unit.
If you have a computer and television, there are hookups in your bedroom and I pay for the Internet and TV service so no cost to you.
There is also parking on the street if you have friends over.
You will have access to all the common areas including the kitchen, dining area, living room, washer and dryer in the apartment, etc.
$1,400/Month plus 1/2 of the Electric Bill which is approximately $60.
00 Per Person for 2 Months depending on the use of the Central Air/Heat.
Great location 3 miles from Los Angeles Valley College and a block and a half from the bus line, Freeway close to the 170, 101, and 405 Freeways.
Need to get out, many restaurants in the area and two malls close by.
