The room is 14X14 with shared bathroom (only with occasional guest), kitchen and laundry room privileges.
Single occupancy, no overnight parties, clean background, no pets.
Utilities included in rent.
Room is available on 01/02/2024.
This is a month-to-month lease with 30 days notices from either party.
Rent is $1000 plus $1000 refundable security deposit.
Open to rent on a weekly bass if need it.
