Looking for a mature female caregiver to live-in rent free with free cable and utilities in exchange for morning caregiving.

This is a swap of a large furnished room with utilities included for early morning help.
Job is 2.
5 hours per day 6 mornings per week.
Must start job between 6 and 7:30 am.
You can work a full time job and still do this job.
Must be comfortable helping a disabled woman with her personal and hygiene needs, medication, making breakfast, starting the laundry.
Care is to be given to 66 year diabetic with mobility, hearing and vision issues.
Can walk with a cane or Walker, can dress herself with help.
Must love cats.
Will be cooking for an older cat with special dietary needs.
No one with substance abuse issues will be considered unless sober and working a program.
No mental health issues unless in treatment and on proper medicines.
The roomui is large (300 square feet) and furnished with a queen bed, armoire with dresser drawers, hanging racks for clothes, desk, computer, Tv, table and dorm sized fridge.
Bright sunny room with 6 windows.
Shared bath with other caregivers …and use of the rest of the house including kitchen and washer and dryer.
Utilities and cable/wifi included.
