And let’s not forget your own gated carport parking space and shared coin/app laundry.
All tenants are friendly and the building is safe, secure and recently renovated.
Shopping, dining, bars, movies etc within walking distance and major freeways close by.
And you get me(JB) the greatest roommate ever.
Rent is $1,000 month to
month with all utilities(wifi, water, gas and electricity) included and $300 security deposit which you get back 30 days after you give me 30 days notice to move out assuming nothing is broken and you leave the room and apartment the way you found it when you moved in.
