Thank you! I’m looking for a person to rent out the 2nd bedroom in my condo temporarily for 3 months.
I may be open to month to month for the right person.
The room will be available for move in anytime on or after February 7th.
The rent is $1200/mo with utilities and Wi-Fi included plus a $300 deposit.
The room is spacious and unfurnished.
The bathroom is located in the hallway.
Although not fully private the person will be the one primarily using it.
There is laundry and a pool on site.
There is only street parking.
A little about me: I’m a woman in my 30s that works in the beauty and entertainment industries.
I love art, music, cooking, fitness, socializing (outside of house mostly), and traveling when I can.
Ideally I’d prefer someone who is single, works full time, and has an active lifestyle and social life outside of the house.
No hombodies or WFH.
A hybrid worker is okay.
My house is LGTBQ+ and 420 friendly.
