We were two Friends (1 girl and 1 guy) but her dad has fallen ill and she has had to go back home immediately to be with him as things are not looking very well.
So this is an ad we had posted a while back when we were looking for another roomate and I feel it gives a good idea of what you can expect of me and what I am hoping to find in a new roommate.

I keep the place nice, neat and clean but I am not neurotic about it either.
This place is a sanctuary.
It's an apartment but feels like a home.
Ideally Looking for a 30ish FEMALE roommate (possibly you) who understands the values I have and standards I expect in/from a roommate.

It is Month to Month however, ideally I prefer someone who is looking for a place to call home and settle in for a time.
I will need for you to give a minimum 30 day notice when you plan to move out.
This is a a great Bedroom with a nice size closet, wall to wall clean carpet, air conditioner and (wireless internet extra).
We do share the bathroom but it's cute, very clean and well kept at all times.
We also share the Kitchen- It is Roomy, Clean and mostly furnished with all the pots pans plates etc.
and you have full access at anytime.
After making something yummy, sit and eat at our little kitchen table next to a window that looks out to trees and down to our beautiful garden patio area and oh yeah, we have the nicest, coolest neighbors we could ask for too.
There's a 7-11, Starbucks, Thai restaurant and more 1 block away and a Park just 2 blocks away.
Street Parking only but there is always a place to park on our block with no alternate side of the street parking or other such parking hassles.
Quick access to the 101, 134, 5, 170, 405 freeways.
By car without any traffic it takes about 15 min to downtown - 10 min to Hollywood - 15 min to West Hollywood
BUS STOP is right on our corner and the Metro Red Line station is a 10min walk.
