Mission
We're looking for a talented profil to join our team and manage our new innovative store openning in February !
As Flagship Store Manager, you will be a Premium ambassador and a role model for the team.
Here are your main tasks:
1.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS & SALES MANAGEMENT :
Have in-depth knowledge of the collection, its features and benefits, to offer relevant selections to each customer.
Propose innovative ideas to increase the sales.
Ensure high customer satisfaction to build loyalty and develop a customer data base.
Set up personalized follow-up matrices based on different customer approaches.
Act as a personal shopper and plan private appointments with a personalized selection to develop lasting relationships.
Manage customer disputes by working with the CRM department and implement sales strategies through concrete action plans.
2.
TEAM MANAGEMENT :
Embody the brand and share the values of American Vintage and the Camp, our in-house training school.
Manage and unite the team by ensuring their onboarding through interactive training.
Prepare weekly launches for the team and the Retail Manager.
Conduct individual interviews to rate the team and create appropriate training plans.
Involve the team in marketing missions and train them in digital tools.
Take care of their administrative management and participate in the recruitment of your Dream Team.
3.
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
Manage administration, sales policies and procedures by planning and assigning tasks to the team.
Maintain the store in perfect condition and ensure compliance with merchandising recommendations.
Monitor stocks throughout the year: receipts, inventories, returns.
4.
MARKETING AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT :
In collaboration with our Marketing department
Monitor and implement local marketing and sales initiatives.
Develop partnerships with French expatriate associations.
Participate in the creation of content to attract new local ambassadors and disseminate news through your professional account: Instagram Retail
Propose the development of customer goodies, offers and promotional actions.
Organize in-store and external events as an official American Vintage ambassador.
Profil
Significant store management experience
Managerial approach including a strong interest in team development
Customer awareness
Adaptability, open-mindedness, natural curiosity, genuine and creative attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills
Passion for networking
Mastery of Instagram
Advanced english level is mandatory
As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by training, motivating and coaching your team members, while developing American Vintage's sales and image through quality service to our international clientele.
In addition, you will be in constant communication with head office to facilitate the organization of in-store events and the follow-up of marketing actions for your sales.
