*Purpose:*
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this Travel Retail Account Manager will independently lead the Sales, Investments and In-store performance of major accounts within assigned territory.
Responsibility to train the retail staff on products and sales techniques, in order to maximize sales at the POS.
*Responsibilities include but not limited to:*
*Sales, Account Management, & Forecasting*
* Deliver on top line sales objectives.
* Develop strong, and long lasting working relationship with assigned accounts.
* Work with clients to maximize all aspects of business (in-shop space & additional locations, prices, investments, promotions…).
* Day-to-day management of accounts jointly working with Internal Teams (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance and Logistics departments).
* Forecasting responsibilities on saleable and non-saleable goods (POS material, GWP etc…) to optimize costs and avoid obsolescence.
(Inventory management).
* Travel to meet with distributors and individual POS.
* Attend annual trade shows.
*Marketing, Merchandising, and Training*
* Together with Sales Director and cross functional teams, define, negotiate and implement marketing, launch and promotional plans.
* Ensure that merchandising, builds and visual implementation is in line with corporate and brand guidelines.
* Negotiate promotional activities to develop the business.
* Market Intelligence: gather market information related to the industry (market size, distribution, pricing, launch results, ranking etc.
)
* Continuously seek new opportunities in space and location to enhance brand image and visibility.
* Negotiate and implement the company’s brand image in all doors according to VIP guidelines (ie.

personalized Brand fixtures – where possible).
* Train all sales support on brand categories (novelties, sales techniques, merchandising, basic course, grooming, etc.
).
* Consolidate evaluation & coaching plans per POS per Retail Sales Representative.
*Job Requirements – Essential:*
* Minimum 3 years work experience in an account manager or similar role.
* Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular.
* Ability to Travel domestically and internationally (25-50%), and work extended hours.
* Familiar with multicultural and international environments.
* Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks, as well as excellent ability to multi-task.
* Perfect presentation and communication skills.
* Adaptability & open-mindedness -able to adapt to different teams and environments.
* Responsible, independent and dependable.
* Rigorous and details oriented.
* Analytical skills and at ease with figures, reports and Excel.
* Previous forecasting experience.
* Travel Retail experience is a plus.
* Netsuite experience a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.
