The Livestream Sales Manager is the face of the channel and the person people tune in to watch, excitedly! Our goal is to take the UNbrush and take it to the next level, inspire and build a community for viewers, giving them the best products for amazing prices through livestreams and videos.
Responsibilities of this position include customer service, being on camera for livestream and videos, LIVE teaser video content production, product research and product strategy.
The Livestream Sales Manager will report to the Operations Manager based in Simi Valley, California.
You will develop and activate strategies to grow and support the Livestream Shop, and lead sales on TikTok.
You will be an accomplished e-commerce livestream sales manager who has experience working across the full marketing and sales mix for an international business, including video production and livestream.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop sales strategies, including livestream and video creatives, ensuring that the sales narrative aligns with the global story.
* Take ownership of content creation and customer engagement through your unique personality and aura.
* Report on Sales activity, highlighting insights, success and attributions.
* Communicate effectively with the livestream team.
*Key Experience Required:*
* Prior sales experience with history of meeting sales goals.
* Excellent knowledge of social media.
* Experience planning, creating and delivering premium, engaging livestreams and videos for sales.
* Retail store management experience.
* Strong project management skills.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* TikTok platform knowledge.
* The ability handle changing graphics in Photoshop.
* Experience with managing suppliers and brands.
