*Responsibilities:* * Sales management: leading and motivating the team to reach store monthly sales goal.
* Personnel management: Recruiting, training, developing, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating teams of up to 20 people; as well as delegating tasks and responsibilities.
Participate in cross-training other managers as well.
* Merchandise management: maintaining the store display (i.
e.
, standard merchandise/ hot sellers/ testers) according to company’s instructions * Cash management: ensuring compliance of all cash handing standards and procedures, and timely processing of bank deposits.
* Drive operationalizing and standardizing of existing policies and processes, enabling field and store associates to achieve business results.
* Drives towards the achievement of maximum sales and growth in line with company vision and values in partnership with other functional leads for group and department, if applicable * Manages team execution, anticipating and adjusting for risks and roadblocks to maintain operational excellence within team * Strong control over store’s inventory such as stock, markdowns, and employee’s safety.
* Continuously building a positive brand image of MINISO * Provides customer-focused service, resolving employee and/or customer queries or complaints in a professional manner * Maintains store’s cleanliness, price tags and promotions, and ensuring full stock.
* Participate in project work whenever necessary.
* Continuously analyzes and develops understanding of internal and external customer behaviors, trends, and preferences, adjusting processes and standards accordingly *Key Qualifications* * Ability to collaborate with the store leadership team to develop strategic plans across multiple business groups, improving process and surpassing standards to drive the business in the store * Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop store team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results * Experience adapting to challenges, providing support, and guiding communications in a constantly changing retail environment * Prioritize and focus leaders in several key areas (labor strategy, budget etc.
).
* Provides consistent and frequent communication so all team members are aware of the store vision, goals, and expectations * Tailors’ leadership style to appropriately set expectations and coach for growth for different levels of direct reports * Recognizes outstanding Associate performance, addresses opportunities for improvement, and quickly resolves issues * Customer Experience * Champions MINISO USA culture and values, and manages team to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere where customer service is consistent with standards *Qualifications:* * 3+ years relevant experience preferred * Project and change management experience * Strong communication and excellent presentation skills * Flexible with your schedule.
