Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding and purchasing products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer questions
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date on product features, promotions, and pricing
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of electronics or jewelry sales is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
