Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at our custom vintage denim company as an In-Store Manager.
The ideal candidate must possess: · A valid driver's license and access to a car for sourcing materials and attending events.
· Fashion experience is a must, with a keen eye for vintage denim trends and styles.
· Strong customer service skills are essential for engaging with clients and providing personalized styling advice.
· Organizational skills are crucial for managing inventory and maintaining a tidy workspace.
· Proficiency in computer skills is required for tasks such as inventory management and communication.
· Flexibility regarding a part-time schedule is necessary, and weekends are non-negotiable.
Responsibilities include: · Assisting in alteration preparation through pinning techniques (training is provided) · Ensuring garments are ready for customization · Checking clients out after purchases · Communication with owner of the business on a daily basis · Responding to texts and emails from clients on a work phone/computer Candidates must make this job a priority, demonstrating dedication and commitment to their role within the company.
