*Job description* As a Transaction Coordinator, you will support relationships between Zoom Casa and our most valuable and lucrative clients.
Through handling various stages of the home buying/selling processes, you will work with title companies and escrow officers to ensure that all details of a transaction are completed and communicated to the necessary parties.
The Expertise We’re Looking For * A college degree is encouraged yet not required * 1-3 years in real estate, insurance, or financial services with an emphasis in customer service * Escrow Assistant experience * Strong social skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client * Thrive in a compliance driven, dynamic, and deadline driven environment * Ability to think creatively and be comfortable making decisions The Purpose of Your Role The Escrow Assistant is a pivotal role within the client success team responsible for handling relationships and and transactions.
