Fix and Flip Loan Sales Person - Training and One-On-One Assistance (Westlake Village)

Looking for a driven sales person to come and get creative closing deals.
You will work directly under an executive at an established lending company that is already doing over a billion dollars in loan originations.
There is currently a small sales team in place, but this position will work separately than them.
The normal sales roll is cold calling off of leads list, but this position will be more creative than that.
Learning about real estate, meeting with clients, building a book of business, and traveling.
The goal of this position will be to close deals and get creative doing it.
The executive will train you and coach you towards success.
Skills and Requirements Having some real estate experience will be helpful, but is not necessary.
Ability to Sell and Close Deals Some experience on excel The ideal candidate will be outgoing and willing to do what it takes, and learn what is needed, to close clients.
Pay This role is commission based with unlimited upside potential Potential for small base salary for the right candidate Availability - In Office in Westlake Village at least 3 days a week.
Remote on the other days is okay.
