Currently we are seeking a dynamic community management team for our beautiful 24 unit apartment community located in Studio City the East Side of San Fernando Valley.
Our part-time community managers are required but not limited to: Show available units, conduct open houses, schedule move-ins and move outs, coordinate vendors, provide maintenance staff, general cleaning of common areas, attend to resident requests, and maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of property grounds.
Prepare and execute leases, rent collection, serve notices and renewals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as resident manager, sales or customer service
- Excellent credit history is required
- Experience in leasing and a proven closing track record
- Organized, self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent follow through and follow-up skills
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and posting craigslist)
- Ability to take charge and follow direction
- Must possess your own computer
- Must have a sense of humor
