Part-time Resident Apartment Manager (Northridge)

We manage apartment buildings in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas.
QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for a part-time resident apartment manager The manager is required to live in the apartment building Must be able to show apartments - flexibility on time is very important, must be available on weekends Cleaning the apartment building Must have some previous apartment management experience.
Duties include and are not limited to renting apartments, collections, tenant relations, retention, and daily upkeep of the apartment complex.
Enforce company policies, and good communication with the owner.
All candidates must be organized, enjoy working with people.
