Property Manager- Northridge- Full-Time

Property manager needed to manage two properties for a local property management firm in the Northridge area.
The position is Full time and the manager will live onsite at the one property which is located near Devonshire Street and Lindley Ave.
Responsibilities: (Not Limited To): Collection of Rent & Delinquencies Generating and Posting of notices as needed Schedule and review maintenance service requests as needed Obtain bids and maintain relationships with vendors Advertise, market and lease vacant units Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants Requirements: (Not Limited To): 1 year of onsite property manager experience preferred GED or HS Diploma Valid Driver's license, this is a MUST Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area Compensation: $3000-3800/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage) Medical, dental, vision, life insurance Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts Available after hours and weekends for emergencies We are an equal opportunity employer.
