Property manager needed to manage a property near the campus of CSUN.
This a full-time position, that requires the manager to live at the property being managed.
Someone with property management experience is a huge plus, but will also consider candidates who have good admin skills, experience with software/technology and a stable work history.

Overview of Duties and Requirements:
• Collect Rent
• Collect Delinquencies
• Generate and Post notices as needed
• Review maintenance service requests and schedule
• Advertise, market and lease vacant units
• 1 year of onsite property manager experience, managing up to 30+ units is preferred
• Valid CA Driver's license, this is a MUST
• Reliable vehicle to be used on a daily basis, this is a MUST
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
• GED or HS Diploma
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Overview of Compensation and Schedule:
• $3000-3300/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
• Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
• Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
• Full Time
• Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
• Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
