Onsite Resident Manager for 68 Units HUD Senior Building (Northridge, CA)

Actively seeking a highly motivated, strong Manager (Individual, Team or Couple), with at least 5 years of experience in managing apartment building.
With 60 or more Units.
Experience with HUD-Low Income-Senior Housing & HUD rules.
This building is a low-income senior 62+, all 1-bedroom units.

Duties: -Good Communication Skills -Maintain good communication skills -Collect tenant rents, prepare and serve notices to tenants -Maintain building grounds in a clean and efficient manor -Schedule vendors for all tenant work orders when necessary -Maintain good maintenance records per instructions from property MGMT -Bookkeeping and maintenance of tenant files -Vacant units should be in show ready condition at all times -Report any information regarding tenant problems or unsafe building conditions to the property MGMT office -Collect documents from tenants for annual recertifications -Prepare and be available for any REAC/MOR inspections Please provide us with your Resume.
