*Qualifications:*
* Must be available to work on Weekends!
* Minimum of one year in Customer Service/Sales Experience
* Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
* Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word, Craigslist ads & Yardi is a plus!)
* Must demonstrate a professional appearance and a great attitude
* Demonstrate good leadership skills
* Experience in serving notices, eviction process, rent collection (preferred but not required)
* Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws
* Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws (preferred but not required)
* Must have reliable means of transportation
* Good Credit is required!
* Must have a sense of humor
*Responsibilities:**:*
* Take part in outreach marketing activities on a regular basis to obtain prospect residents
* Advertise vacancies through promoting materials and conduct market surveys as requested
* Present and lease apartment units to prospective lessors
* Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits
* Listen to resident requests, concerns, comments and report to appropriate departments
* Cover for management staff absences and overall property management assistance
* Develop and maintain high level of customer service relationships with prospects and residents
* Uphold a professional appearance at all times
* Report all unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
* Assist managers in collecting rent, balance dues and outstanding paperwork
* Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all lease-related paperwork
* Ensure the community is pleasing to all 5 senses and impeccably clean
* Monitor outstanding work orders and constantly communicate with maintenance staff
* Stay fully informed of current rental rates, floorplans, locations and all amenities of the property
