Apartment Manager for Deluxe 66-Unit Building in Prime Location (Encino)

Are you an experienced Apartment Manager looking for a new opportunity? We have a great opportunity for you to manage a deluxe 66-unit building in a prime Encino location, close to many restaurants, shops and entertainment options.
Job Requirements: • At least 5 years experience managing an apartment building over 30 units.
• Strong understanding of property management principles and tenant laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of maintaining high occupancy and high tenant satisfaction.
• Ability to handle tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Skills to oversee property maintenance, including coordination with vendors.
Duties: • Oversee and ensure smooth operation of all aspects of the building.
• Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries and leasing.
• Working with vendors to ensure the property is in good condition.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy.
