Resident Manager for Deluxe Apartment Building (Encino)

We are filling the position of Resident Manager for a 54 unit deluxe apartment building in Encino in a great location close to restaurants, shops and more.
Duties include: • handling all tenant matters, • schedule and follow up on maintenance work orders, • performing building walks, • leasing, including marketing vacancies online, showing units, following up with applicants, and coordinating Tenant move ins.
• managing turnover of vacancies, • enforcing rules and regulations, etc.
Requirements include over 5 years local experience in a building over 40 units and good communication and organizational skills.
