A property manager is needed to manage two properties in the Canoga Park area.
The properties are within a block of each other.
The manager will visit the properties on a daily basis.
The manager will live at one of the properties managed.

Duties~ ~ Collection of Rent ~ Collection of Delinquencies ~ Posting notices as needed ~ Review and Scheduling work orders ~ All processes of renting which includes Advertising, marketing and turning units ~ Other duties as needed Required~ ~ 1 year of onsite property manager experience, managing up to 50+ units is preferred ~ Experience managing multiple properties is a plus ~ MUST have a Valid CA Driver's license ~ MUST have a Reliable vehicle to be used on a daily basis ~ Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations ~ GED or HS Diploma ~ Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred Compensation/Benefits~ ~ $3300-3800/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
