Job Opening- Property Manager- Canoga Park (Canoga Park)

A property manager is needed to manage two properties in the Canoga Park area.

Overview of Duties: • Rent Collection • Generating/Posting notices • Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders • Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units • Other duties assigned by management Experience Required: • Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year • Managing 50+ units • Managing multiple properties a plus • Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • GED or HS Diploma • MUST- Valid Driver's license • MUST- Reliable vehicle • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Salary/Benefits: • $3300-3800/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
• Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage) • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance Needed Schedule: • Full Time • Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts • Available after hours and weekends for emergencies We are an equal opportunity employer.
