Property Manager Needed- Two Properties (Canoga Park)

Los Angeles based property management firm with 30 years of operations is looking for a motivated property manager to manage two of their buildings in the Canoga Park area.
The manager will visit the properties on a daily basis and the manager will live at one of the properties managed and work out of an office at the other property.
Duties Include: • Collection of rent • Post notices as needed • Oversee maintenance requests and schedule • Marketing and advertising vacant units • Complete and review applications and leases • Other duties as needed Requirements: • A minimum of 1 year of property management experience managing 30+ units preferred • Experience managing multiple properties is a PLUS • Experience with software, MS Office desired • GED or HS Diploma • Valid CA Driver's license and a dependable car, this is a MUST • Comfortable driving on a daily basis • Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred Compensation: • Full Time- Mon-Fri- 8a-5p (available after hours and weekends for emergencies) • Cannot be combined with any other work • $3300-3800/month gross salary (rent will be deducted), Depending on experience We are an equal opportunity employer.
