NOW HIRING!!! Property Manager- Full-Time!!! (Canoga Park)

Duties: - Rent Collection - Posting and Generating notices as needed - Schedule work orders as needed - Advertise and lease vacant units - Obtain bids and maintain relationships with vendors - Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants Requirements: - 1 year of onsite property manager experience preferred - Managing a building of 50+ units - GED or HS Diploma - A MUST- Valid Driver's license - A MUST- Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis - Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations - Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred - Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area Compensation: - $3400-3800/month gross salary (DOE) w/ dent deduction.
- Utilities paid (water, trash & sewage) - Medical, dental, vision, life insurance Schedule: - Full Time - Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts - Available after hours and weekends for emergencies We are an equal opportunity employer.
