Many Mansions, an award winning non-profit affordable housing builder, property manager, and services provider, is seeking a Community/Property Manager to join our Property Management team in Simi Valley.
The Community Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property and the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that ensure a well-managed, well-maintained building and ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state, and local laws.
The Community Manager is required to live on site, and a one bedroom apartment will be provided.
Experience in nonprofit affordable housing desired.
High School diploma or GED required.
BA degree or 2 years experience wit affordable housing programs like Section 8, Section 42, MHP, AHP, etc.
is desired.
