Property Management company is currently looking for a full-time property manager for a buildings in the North Hills/Northridge areas.

Responsibilities: • Rent Collection • Posting of notices • Scheduling of maintenance requests • Advertise, market and lease of vacant units Requirements: • Must live at the property • A minimum of 2 years of property management living at the property • Experience managing a building with 50+ units • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience in Yardi or property management proprietary software a major plus • GED or HS Diploma • Driver's license is a MUST • Car that is reliable is a MUST • Bilingual in Spanish Preferred Schedule • Full-Time • Monday - Friday- 8:00a-5:00p • Cannot be combined with any other work Compensation: $3000-4200/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
