Property Manager

Speakeasy Fitness is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing exceptional service in the Fitness industry.
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our portfolio.
*Responsibilities:* * *Lease Management:* * Oversee the leasing process, including tenant screening, lease negotiation, and lease enforcement.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease documentation.
* Address tenant inquiries and concerns related to leases.
* Ensure timely collection of rent and handle financial transactions accurately.
* *Insurance Liability:* * Manage and track insurance requirements for tenants and vendors.
* Ensure compliance with insurance policies and address any liability issues.
* *Vendor Relations:* * Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors for facility upkeep, including plumbing, HVAC, and other maintenance services.
* Obtain competitive bids for services and negotiate contracts with vendors.
* Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely completion of work.
* *Facility Upkeep:* * Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects for the properties under management.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
* Oversee maintenance on gym equipment repairs done by the facility technicans.
* *Team Management:* * Supervise and lead a team of 5 maintenance staff.
* Schedule and coordinate weekly work routes for the team.
* Oversee purchases and deliveries of parts ordered.
* *Communication:* * Foster positive tenant relationships through effective communication.
* Address concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
*Qualifications:* * Minimum of [3] years of experience in property management.
* In-depth knowledge of lease agreements, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.
