Overview: On-sight manager with prior management experience, including capacity to do on-going apartment maintenance.

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, including obtaining bids and overseeing contractors
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Ensure rent collection is done promptly and accurately
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property management

Pay: $2,400.
