Resident/Area Property Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a small portfolio of properties in addition to duties as a resident manager, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing profitability - Develop and implement property leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants - Negotiate and execute lease agreements and contracts with tenants - Monitor and enforce compliance with lease terms, regulations, and fair housing laws - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and address any issues promptly - Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and renovations - Track work orders and maintenance activities - Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner - Implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with legal administrative teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements Skills: - Strong knowledge of property leasing practices - Proficient in legal administrative procedures related to property management - Experience with Yardi Breeze software is a plus.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills to foster positive tenant interactions - Familiarity with property maintenance practices and ability to oversee repairs and renovations - Understanding of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance * Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
