Salon Republic is in search of a Pre-Licensing (pre-leasing) Agent specializing in salon studio rentals.
Our company is a complete rethinking of the ideal working environment for today’s beauty professionals and we have perfected the private salon studio rental for such professionals to prosper as independent small business owners in the “salon suite” environment.
The Pre-Licensing Agent will be tasked with renting the salon studios to beauty professionals (prospects) in the pre-opening period while the salon is still in the construction phase with the goal of reaching a maximum potential occupancy rate prior to the salon opening.
Responsibilities will include all aspects of prospect handling and closing including (but not limited to) the following: * All prospect communications from first contact to salon opening * Conduct virtual tours with prospects via online meeting software + utilizing digital resources effectively present salon studios * Use various sale techniques to ensure successful pre-licensing (pre-leasing) of the salon studios * Negotiate and finalize studio rental rates in a professional/effective manner * Evaluate potential obstacles and determine solutions to overcome such obstacles * Operate and manage CRM/LM/PM software * Prospect tour calendar management * Prospect activity reporting * Conduct market & competitor research (may include occasional longer distance travel with short stay) * Procure prospect leads from various sources (includes system data entry) * Engage with cold prospect leads to market & create awareness of new salon suites opening in area * Preparation, administration and organization of agreements, documents and forms related to renting salon studios * Creating lease type accounts/ledgers * Assisting professionals in business start-up logistics, The ideal candidate should be able to perform all tasks expertly and efficiently with minimal direct supervision needed.
*Skills* * Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication * Excellent written communication * Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Ability to prioritize with superb time management * Ability to effectively report information * Management and Operation of electronic document software * Operating CRM & Property Management software * Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe PDF, Outlook/Gmail, Dropbox, Google Documents, Google Meets, Google Calendar * Basic knowledge/understanding of architectural plans *Qualifications* * High School Certificate is preferred * Education beyond High School will be favorable * Leasing / Real Estate Management of Residential/Commercial/Salon Suite environments * Experience with CRM / Lead Management software * Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic document software is a plus * Experience with Property Management software and/or Accounting software will be beneficial * Experience with online meetings/virtual tours and digital presentations * Experience in sales environment a plus * Experience in pre-leasing during build-out phase a plus * Experience in beauty industry a plus * Must be willing to occasionally travel (in/out of state) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $23.
