*Maintenance Coordinator for Property Management Company*
*Description:*
Family owned real estate office seeks Multi-Site In-House Maintenance Coordinator to oversee repairs and maintenance for a portfolio of properties that include retail, office, multi-family and industrial from our office in Santa Monica.
*Responsibilities to Include:*
· Scheduling crews and vendors
· Preparing vacancies for lease
· On site monitoring of ongoing work
· Approving vendor billings for payment
· Inspect buildings on a regular basis
· Supervise on-site property managers, regular vendors & tradesmen
· Properties located in Los Angeles, Orange County, La Verne
*Qualifications & Skills:*
· Minimum 5 years property management experience
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to interact with tenants and vendors
· Solution oriented team player
· Working knowledge of all building systems (plumbing, electrical, elevators, roofing, HVAC, etc)
· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
· Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and take pride in work completed
· Must have own transportation
· Must have Bachelors Degree
· Fluent in Spanish – a plus!
· Must be able to take after-hours emergency phone calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.
00 - $100,000.
