*JOB DESCRIPTION: * We are seeking for a Loan Opener to join our team here at LoanGuys.
com! This position would be similar to a sales assistant.
This is a busy phone sales room that is always on the move.
This person is responsible for being the first voice a potential client hears and qualifying them with a few questions.
Once you believe that they are interested, you will transfer them over to one of our Senior Loan Officers.
This is NOT cold-calling.
These are people who have filled out lead forms or have called us during closed hours.
You must be able to keep up in a fast paced environment and be able to engage with potential clients.
We are in search for someone who is looking to enter entry level in the mortgage industry.
*Responsibilities:* * Handle the software used to make calls * Provide information about the services * Transfer potential clients live to senior loan officers for further assistance * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the many products we offer * Handle previously attained leads to see if they are looking for our services *Qualifications:* * Entry Level Position * Be able to handle a high call volume * Ability to build a relationship with the clients quickly on the phone * Positive and professional attitude * Excellent verbal communication skills * *NOT A REMOTE POSITION * Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.
