Upside Capital Holdings is looking for an executive assistant to help with transactions, paperwork, marketing, assistant to the owners, and more! Individual must be detailed oriented, team-player and organized.

The Duties of this Candidate are:
-Must have 2+ Years of real estate experience - Commercial experience is also plus
- Highly attuned eye for details.
- Confident speaking, writing and communication skills in person and via email and the phone.
- Superbly developed in on-the-spot discernment, sound judgment and prioritizing.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Speak to the customer's needs, concerns, and objectives in a manner that builds and maintains relationships with customers.
- Build, create, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support from "Customer Acquisition-to-Contract"
- Oversee all of our real estate transactions from "Contract-to-Close"
- Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
- Be the first point of contact in handling agent inquiries.
- Heavy scheduling and coordination of appointments.
- Open and eager to learn new things.
- Manage marketing campaigns
- Coordinate all transactions and oversee the Escrow process.
- Research R/E issues, vendors, and solutions.
- Clear and complete understanding of real estate transactions.
- Self-Managed and systems oriented.
-Must have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Listing Manager, or other relative administrative support.
-Understanding of Outlook, The MLS, Docusign, Dropbox, costar, loop net, and Google Suites

Pay: $20.
