General Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough visual examination of the property, both inside and outside, to identify any visible defects or concerns.

Taking extensive photos and videos, and directly reporting findings
3\.
Evaluate the condition of essential systems such as plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
4\.
Communicate inspection results to clients, explaining the significance of findings and answering any questions they may have
5\.
Provide a detailed inspection report that outlines the findings, including any issues discovered during the inspection
Scope of Work:
1\.
Capture high-quality photographs of the entire property, emphasizing key areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms.
2\.
Ensure each bedroom is documented individually, highlighting specific features as indicated.
3\.
Include exterior shots showcasing the property's landscaping and overall curb appeal.
4\.
Conduct a thorough inspection by crawling under the crawl space to capture images of the foundation.
5\.
Promptly send all photographs via WhatsApp for immediate review.
6\.
Maintain open communication by notifying me upon arrival at the property.
7\.
Be available for phone calls to provide a detailed walkthrough of the property and address any specific inquiries.
8\.
Ensure accessibility for ongoing communication throughout the photography session.
